Guidelines To Fill The Online Application

STEP 1:  REGISTRATION

You would require your e-mail ID to register. You can register only once using this e-mail ID. 

Click on the link "Apply Here". Fill all the fields and click on the 'SUBMIT'  button. On successful registration, you will receive an e-mail with following details:

From : no-reply@vssc.gov.in 

Subject: Reg: Advt.No.RMT323 of VSSC RECRUITMENT

Then click on the link given in the e-mail to open your online application form. Check your SPAM/BULK MAIL folders if the mail is not seen in the INBOX.

STEP 2:  UPLOAD PHOTO & SIGNATURE

Upload Your recent Photograph and Signature and continue
PHOTO: Maximum size: 30KB Dimensions : 150W X 200H
SIGNATURE:Maximum size: 30KB Dimensions : 150W X 50H

STEP 3:  FILL Application FORM

Fill in your personal details, correspondence details, qualification details etc .
To finally submit your application, click on "CONFIRM" button.
On successful application, your registration number will be displayed on screen and an e-mail will be sent to you.
Note down your Registration Number and keep in a safe place. This would be required for checking the status of your application in future.

STEP 4:  PAYMENT

1. Initially, all applicants have to uniformly pay Rs.750 as application fee. Female / Scheduled Castes (SC) / Scheduled Tribes (ST) / Ex-servicemen [EX-SM] and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PWBD) candidates will be refunded full fee subject to the condition that the candidates should appear in the written test.
2. For other candidates, an amount of Rs.500 will be refunded in due course duly deducting bank charges as applicable on appearing written test. Fee may be paid online through Credit Card / Debit Card / Internet Banking / UPI only through Integrated SBI ePay facility.
3. No other mode of payment will be acceptable. All applicable service charges for payment of fee shall be borne by the applicant.
4. The refundable portion of examination fee shall be refunded duly deducting bank charges as applicable. The application fee paid by the candidates whose application is incomplete or those who have not submitted their application or whose application is rejected, will not be refunded.
5. The applicants shall correctly furnish Bank details for the purpose of Refund of application fee viz. Account No., IFSC Code, Name of Bank, Name of Branch and Name of the Account Holder.
6. VSSC will not be held responsible for any issues arising in refund of the application fee as a result of incorrect entry of bank details by the applicant in the online application
