Guidelines To Fill The Online Application

STEP 1:  REGISTRATION

Please enter "VSSC Enrollment Number" and "Password" received thru post. Enter your Name, Post No for which you are applying and your Email address. Enter Previous Submission Details (if any) i.e the REGISTRATION NUMBER, if you have already submitted your application between 04-May-2023 to 25-May-2023.

After filling up all the fields ,click on the 'SUBMIT'  button. If you have NOT submitted application earlier and do not have already submitted REGISTRATION Number, you will receive an e-mail with following details to submit application proceed to STEP 2, 3 and 4

Subject: Reg: Advt.No.RMT324 of VSSC RECRUITMENT

Then click on the link given in the e-mail to open your online application form. Check your SPAM/BULK MAIL folders if the mail is not seen in the INBOX.

STEP 2:  UPLOAD PHOTO & SIGNATURE

Upload Your recent Photograph and Signature and continue
PHOTO: Maximum size: 30KB Dimensions : 150W X 200H
SIGNATURE:Maximum size: 30KB Dimensions : 150W X 50H

STEP 3:  FILL Application FORM

Fill in your personal details, correspondence details, qualification details etc .
To finally submit your application, click on "CONFIRM" button.
On successful application, your registration number will be displayed on screen and an e-mail will be sent to you.
Note down your Registration Number and keep in a safe place. This would be required for checking the status of your application in future.

STEP 4:  Verify Mobile Number

Upon successful submission, an SMS containing OTP will be sent to the mobile number provided under "Present Address Mobile Number". This OTP is valid upto 72 hours. SMS alerts (if any) will be sent only to verified mobile numbers. Use "Verify OTP" button to register your mobile number after submitting your application successfully.
